Questions buyers ask first
Does it cost me anything to buy a new launch through you?
No. For new launches the developer pays the agent's commission; you pay the same price whether you walk in alone or come with me, and you get someone whose job is to get you the better unit and the developer's promotions.
How do I know what I can afford?
Use the affordability calculator for the loan limit, cash and CPF, then WhatsApp me the result. I check it against the actual launch prices and your timeline before you fall in love with a showflat.
New launch or resale?
It depends on your timeline, cash and the area. The 3D maps show you what resale homes nearby actually sold for, so you can compare with the launch's $psf before deciding. I am happy to argue either way with the numbers.
I am an HDB upgrader. Where do I start?
Start with what your flat is worth today, then the sell-then-buy timeline. The Sell page and the Seller Playbook walk through it, and I plan the sequence with you so you are never without a home or stuck with ABSD.
