Private Property Transactions
1,183 views
130,562 condo, apartment and landed transactions since 2021, across 2,539 projects — every one drawn on the map below at its real height and real price.
Every private residential project with a sale in the last five years stands on the map at its true height, coloured by what its units actually fetched per square foot. Warm colours are pricier. Scroll on, or drag the map.
All 28 postal districts rise and fall with their average price. Drag the year to watch the whole island re-price itself, and see which districts moved most.
URA records whether a unit was bought from the developer or on resale. Colour every project by the gap between its new-sale and resale $psf — and find the launches where the premium has narrowed, or vanished.
Every record carries its floor range. Tap a project and it splits into its floor bands, each coloured by that height's price per square foot. High floors command a premium — here is exactly how much, project by project.
Switch the colours to tenure and the freehold estates glow gold. Then see what the freehold premium really is in each district — and where a 99-year lease gives you more home for the money.
Every terrace, semi-detached and detached house sold becomes a house on the map, coloured by price per square foot of land. Find the priciest streets and the biggest deals.
Projects selling well below their district's typical $psf glow green; those well above glow red. A quick way to spot where your money goes further — then tap to see why.
Type your project, pick your floor and size, and get an estimate built from recent sales in your project or district — adjusted for floor and the market since. Then see which new launches that budget reaches.
Pick two projects and compare them side by side: typical price and $psf, growth, tenure, new-sale vs resale, how many units changed hands.
The highest prices ever paid, the priciest per square foot this year, the biggest landed deals, the busiest projects and the launches selling fastest.
Every control is yours: filter by property type, pick a time window and a colour mode, search any project, street or district, and tap towers for the full story.
The last 12 months of condo and apartment sales per postal district: average price, $psf, how many sold and the share bought from developers. "Fly there" opens the district on the map.

Every figure on this page is computed from the Urban Redevelopment Authority's private residential transaction records (REALIS, via the URA API), which cover roughly the last five years. "Typical" prices are medians of the sales in the chosen window for a project or street, and averages for a whole district. Landed $psf is per square foot of land area; non-landed $psf is per square foot of strata floor area. Estimates are indicative only and are not a valuation. Building outlines come from OpenStreetMap and URA; where no outline matches, a project is drawn as a block at its estimated height.
