A familiar site next to Holland Village is set for a new chapter. 362 Holland Road, the former Holland Road Maternal and Child Health Centre, has been awarded by the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) to Trans-Orient Services, which plans to transform it into a co-living residence.

The 24,594 sq ft site is within a five-minute walk of Holland Village MRT, and close to One Holland Village, Holland Road Shopping Centre and Chip Bee Gardens.

The proposed co-living concept is designed around community living, with:

The residence is expected to cater to working professionals and students.

The site has already served different purposes over the years. Most recently, it operated as a 37-room student hostel known as Assemblage. Now, it is set to be adapted once again for changing housing needs.
