Two premium HDB resale flats have set fresh benchmarks:
📍 Queenstown — SkyParc @ Dawson
4-room flat sold for S$1.388 million — a new Queenstown 4-room record.
📍 Sengkang — Compassvale Ancilla
5-room flat sold for S$1.18 million — a new Sengkang 5-room record.
The Queenstown unit commanded S$1,417 psf, while the larger Sengkang flat came in at S$979 psf.
